complaint according to our
complaints management policy and
incident management policy and processes and will respond to you within required timeframes specified in the policies. All complaints are recorded on our Complaints Management Register and within a client’s clinical records. If you are providing us a
compliment about our services we thank you for taking the time to let us know.
It's important that you know that Orthomotion has a
zero tolerance of abusive behaviour towards any team member and we may end our provision of services to you if you use any form of communication to abuse or harass an Orthomotion team member.
